Some of our fondest memories are playing cards with friends on vacations around the world. We play rummy, poker, hearts and our own made-up games using the best rules from other games. We learn new games from the friends we make along the way.
The cards were developed—with the spirit of travel and adventure at heart—for the places we can only imagine. These are cities brought to life in storytelling and legend. We transform landscapes and invent characters that become real to us.

Atlantis
This story originates with writings from Plato around 360 B.C., though his are the only know records of its existence. The founders of Atlantis, he said, were half god and half human, or in our case, half man, half fish. Our king wields a trident and uses his conch shell to raise or calm the waters, presumably against his nemesis, our Queen Sea Witch. This story would be incomplete without a trusted observer, "Jack" Cousteau, to document the scene for us.
El Dorado
In the 16th and 17th centuries, Europeans believed that somewhere in the New World there was a place of immense wealth, a city made of gold, known as El Dorado. When Spanish explorers reached South America in the early 16th century, they heard stories about a tribe of natives high in the Andes. Our Conquistador King, traveling in his battle armor (Sir, might we recommend traveling with something far more stylish and comfortable), has stumbled upon our golden Queen and her fierce protector, a jaguar or "Jack-uar"( ok last pun, we swear).
Shangri- La
Shangri-La is a mystical, harmonious valley enclosed in the western end of the Kunlun Mountains, synonymous with any earthly paradise, and particularly a mythical Himalayan utopia – a permanently happy land, isolated from the outside world. Our King and Queen holds the city's symbolic peach and peach blossom, respectively and are joined by the mystical Qulin, a symbol of prosperity and serenity.
Camelot
Camelot first appeared in 12th-century French romances, which in our eyes makes it ideal for a suit of hearts. It eventually came to be described as the fantastic capital of Arthur's realm and a symbol of the Arthurian world. Arthur is accompanied by his Queen Guinevere and trusted mystical advisor Merlin.
